Pastor Arnold L. Tiemeyer,a retired clergyperson of the ELCA, is Trinity's Visitation Pastor, a part-time position. His major duty will be participation in and management of visitation of homebound members. His other duties include assisting the other Trinity pastors in visiting the hospitalized and taking other responsibilities as requested by the pastors.
He will bring the sacrament to our members who cannot attend church on a regular basis. He will also be available for counseling with the older members of Trinity and their families regarding spiritual and physical issues that confront the older person . One such issue is housing choices for the aged person.

Pastor Tiemeyer served parishes in Waterloo, IA, and Chicago, IL, prior to joining the staff of the churchwide offices of the Lutheran Church. He had various responsibilities while in the churchwide ministry including the development of new congregations, health and social ministries of the church and the strengthening of urban congregations. From 1985-1995 he was President of Lutheran Home at Germantown, a multi-service social ministry organization serving southeastern PA. During 1995 through 2000, he served as the Vice President for Senior Health in the Jefferson Health System. Pastor Tiemeyer and his wife, Betsy, have been members of Trinity since 1997. They live at Shannondell in Audubon, PA.
