Karen Brown

Karen and her family joined Trinity Lutheran in 1985. She began working at Trinity in October 1986 as Church Secretary and is currently Trinity's Receptionist/Secretary. Karen grew up in Staten Island and is a graduate of Port Richmond High School and attended Wagner College . She has always enjoyed being part of the church, and loved singing in choirs from seven years of age to the present time.

Karen is a member of the Women’s Choir and Hospitality Committee, serves as a Eucharistic minister and an usher. She also is involved in the Stephen Ministry program we have here at Trinity and enjoys working as a care giver to the Christian community.

Karen and her husband Rodger live in New Britain , where they raised all three of their adult children, Judi, Rodger and Jill. She loves spending time with their seven grandchildren and having everyone together for family gatherings. She also enjoys gardening, walking, reading, and spending time with Rodger and their extended family and friends.
