Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church PreSchool for 3-, 4- and 5-year-olds along with our Pre-Kindergarten is considered one of the best in the North Penn area. The three-day programs are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The five-day program is held Monday through Friday. Children may attend either morning or afternoon classes. Our goal is to provide a stimulating and supportive environment that reflects the Spirit and principles of Jesus Christ. A place where children can experiment, learn, and develop self confidence, and prepare to be kindergarten ready socially, emotionally and academically.
Trinity Lutheran Church (TLC) Pre-School is for children who will be three or four years old by the 15th of September. The school provides a relaxed supportive atmosphere of love and understanding. Children will discover their unique worth as they relate to other children and adults. Each child will discover patterns of behavior which are socially acceptable to peers and adults through group activities. Limits appropriate for developmental age, are set and expected within this framework. Initiative and self-discipline are encouraged at all times.
Emphasis will be placed on development, creative ability, and verbal expression of each child. Each child is given this opportunity of self-expression through play, art, music, interactive story time, show and tell, and conversational periods.
Worship experiences meaningful to this age child are planned throughout the year. These include daily prayers before snacks, Chapel time, and a general appreciation of all God’s gifts and creatures.
School days for the three-day programs are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. School days for the five-day program are Monday through Friday. All classes are held from September through May.
